Polly Filing

Polly Filing is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in employee and public communications. Currently serving as Senior Employee Communications Director at Wealth Enhancement since 2022, Polly previously held the position of Director of Communications, Public Relations and Community Engagement at Liberty Diversified International from 2008 to 2021, where responsibilities included developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies for a multi-company portfolio. Prior experience includes serving as Communications Manager at Imation from 2005 to 2008, focusing on global internal communications initiatives. Polly holds a Master of Business Communications from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota.
