Matthew Bisignano

Matthew Bisignano is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in the restaurant and franchising industries. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Casey's since March 2021, Matthew previously held similar roles at Cracker Barrel and Taco Bell, where responsibilities included managing franchise performance, asset management, and new unit development. Earlier positions at Yum! Brands involved oversight of real estate operations, franchise development, and construction management. Matthew holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a focus on Urban Studies and Planning from SUNY Geneseo.
