Sebastien D'Hondt

Sebastien D'Hondt is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and banking. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Ernest Partners since March 2019 and as a Board Member for Cash Converters Belgium, Sebastien is involved in a significant portion of the Belgian franchise. Past roles include membership on the Supervisory Board and Audit and Risk Committee at Banque Triodos until May 2024, and board positions at Hedelab Nutway, Inoopa, and Faqbot. Sebastien's career at ING spanned over a decade, culminating in the role of Head of Corporate Clients Belux and Managing Director of Capital Structuring Advisory. Educational credentials include Master's degrees in Economics from both Northwestern University and Université catholique de Louvain, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Université de Namur.
