Vividha Patni

Vividha Patni is an experienced professional in human resources and strategic initiatives, currently serving in the Founder's Office at CashFlo since December 2019, where responsibilities include leading all aspects of people experience and significantly contributing to team growth from 5 to over 90 members. Previous experience includes roles such as Associate Strategic Initiatives and Manager of People Experience at CashFlo, Executive Vice President with AIESEC, where leadership involved a team of 50, and a Conference Manager for the Autumn Leadership Summit. Vividha has also worked with Decathlon Sports India as Customer Relations Manager and contributed as a Global Volunteer in various educational projects promoting the UN's Sustainable Development Goal 4. Vividha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and has participated in diverse internships, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills throughout the career.
