Rafael Kaaz

Rafael Kaaz started their work experience as a Dualer-Student at TARGOBANK in 2012 and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Consultant at SKS Unternehmensberatung GmbH & Co. KG. In 2017, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant and worked there until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Rafael worked as a Senior Manager of Banking Operations at Nuri (ex Bitwala). Currently, they are working as a Sr. Manager of Strategic Projects at Cashlink, starting from 2022.

Rafael Kaaz completed their bachelor's degree in BWL-Bank from DHBW from 2012 to 2015. Rafael then pursued a DeFi Talents program at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Kaaz obtained certifications in ICO ISMS 27001:2022 PROFESSIONAL from ICO International Certification Organization in January 2023 and in Berufs-/arbeitspädagogische Qualifikation gemäß AEVO (2015) from IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern, although the specific month and year of obtaining the latter certification are not provided.
