Lead Product Manager - Retail Media at Cashrewards

Courtney Bain brings a wealth of experience in product management, marketing, and customer communication to their current role as the Lead Product Manager - Retail Media at Cashrewards. At the start of their career, Courtney gained valuable experience as a Product Marketing Manager at International Masters Publishers and as a Brand Marketing Assistant at The Walt Disney Company.

Courtney Bain has a diverse education history. In 2008 to 2011, Courtney pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) degree at the University of Sydney, with majors in Marketing and International Business. In 2015 to 2016, Courtney obtained a Digital Marketing Certificate from Squared Online, specializing in Digital Marketing Strategy. In 2020, Courtney completed the Essentials of Product Management course at Brainmates. In the same year, Courtney also obtained certifications in SQL Course: Level 1 from the Centre for Continuing Education and MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Courntey continued to enhance their knowledge and skills with various certifications. In 2020, they became a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through the Scrum Alliance. In 2021, Courtney obtained a Barre Instructor certification from Barre Body. Most recently, in 2022, Courtney completed the Product Marketing Certified: Leadership program at Product Marketing Alliance and received an AMI (Australian Marketing Institute) Professional Member Certificate. Additionally, Courtney became a Mat Pilates Instructor through Barre Body in March 2022.
