Grace Siller has extensive work experience in the customer service and support field. Grace began their career in 2003 with Casio, where they held various roles over the years. From 2003 to 2012, they served as a Senior Manager in both the Support Center and Factory Service Center departments. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the operations and profitability of the service centers, as well as developing strategies for growth. Grace also led internal customer support and technical support teams. In 2016, Grace joined Casio America Inc. as the Director of Service and Support.
Grace Siller attended Axia College (University of Phoenix) from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Associates of Arts degree with a concentration in Foundations of Business.
