William Dorko

William Dorko has a strong background in IT asset management and technical support. William started their career as an Engineering Specialist Level 2 at Sungard Pentamation, where they analyzed system problems, conducted troubleshooting, and provided support for HP laptops, desktops, and servers. William then worked as a Technical Support Specialist Level 2 at Guardian Insurance Company, resolving hardware, software, and application issues for end users and assisting in deployment projects. At The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, they served as a Technical Project Manager/IT Asset Manager, managing global projects, coordinating support functions, and providing technical support for over 8000 users. Later, at Reeb Millwork, they worked as an Asset Management/Inventory-Procurement/Systems Administrator-Help Desk, overseeing hardware and software asset management and license compliance. Currently, they are employed as an ITAM/IT Support Specialist at Casio USA, where they manage IT assets and implements best practice software asset management processes.

William Dorko attended Lincoln Technical Institute from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Specialized Technology with a field of study in Computer Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following:
