David Webber

Mr. Webber serves as Engineering Services Manager and is responsible for Casne’s engineering and CAD staff. He supervises and consults on all phases of electrical design from conceptual through final design including development of plans, specifications, reports and construction cost estimates, as well as providing support for construction assistance, programming and startup/commissioning services.

His experience includes industrial automation and control, low and medium voltage power distribution, electric utility SCADA, industrial SCADA and process instrumentation design and implementation. Mr. Webber also has expertise in medium voltage rotating machinery and apparatus as well as hydroelectric plant operations and control.
