Sumona Bhattacharya

Sumona Bhattacharya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and executive leadership. Currently serving as a Project Consultant in the Program Management Office at CASO Document Management since January 2018, Sumona has also held the position of Executive Director at Thrive Elder Assist, LLC since May 2015, where Sumona applies 12 years of project management expertise to enhance the quality of life for elders through personalized care. Additionally, Sumona worked at Bank of America from September 2003 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end projects using Agile methodologies and leading initiatives that improved operational efficiency and training across multiple banking centers. Sumona earned a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Ithaca College.
