Mohamed Omar

Mohamed Omar is an experienced professional in program and project management with a focus on blockchain technology. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at CasperLabs since May 2021, Mohamed oversees the end-to-end delivery of blockchain projects. Previously, as Program Manager at Stratis Platform, responsibilities included leading blockchain development and consultancy teams. A background in senior project management roles at International Financial Data Services and Texel Technology includes overseeing strategic projects and managing technical resources. Additional experience encompasses infrastructure project management at RBS and EMEA project management at Microsoft, contributing to the successful delivery of numerous high-impact projects across various sectors. Mohamed holds a BSc in Computer Information Systems Design from Kingston University and an MBA from the University of Westminster.
