Robby Gillis

Robby Gillis has extensive work experience in project management and technical program management roles. Robby currently works at CasperLabs as a Project Manager starting from June 2021. Before that, they worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. as a Project Manager from February 2019 to March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at HBO as a Technical Program Manager from April 2017 to February 2019 and at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as an IT Project Manager from May 2016 to April 2017. Robby also has experience at Counterpoint Systems, where they worked as a Senior Business System Analyst and Project Manager from May 2013 to April 2016, specializing in designing and implementing software solutions for various industries. Robby previously worked at Warner Music Group as an Operations Manager, focusing on streamlining business processes and integrating IT systems. Robby also has experience at Viacom International Media Networks Latam as a Business Analyst, where they consulted on media content licensing strategies. Additionally, they worked at G Major Publishing Group as a Publishing Consultant, administering publishing interests and managing royalties. Early in their career, they worked at Warner Music Latina as a Copyright and Licensing Manager, overseeing data migration and negotiating licenses.

Robby Gillis earned an Associate's degree in Music Theory and Composition from Manhattan College, where they attended from 2001 to 2003. Robby then pursued their higher education at Florida International University from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations. In addition to their formal education, Robby also obtained the certification of Certified Ethereum Expert from the Blockchain Council in February 2021.
