Alexandra Olsen is the current Senior Director of Wholesale at Casper. Alexandra has over 4 years of experience in building and implementing global wholesale business models. Prior to joining Casper, Alexandra was the Director of Global Wholesale at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. where they successfully scaled the wholesale businesses of West Elm, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn Kids, and Pottery Barn across 3 years. Alexandra has also previously worked as a Wholesale Planner at rag & bone. During their time there, they successfully increased wholesale sales by 62% YoY with a gross margin increase of 28%. Alexandra is known for their ability to build strategic wholesale assortments and negotiate shop-in-shop build-outs.
