Karen Soo

Karen Soo is an experienced product developer and technical designer with a robust background in the apparel industry. Currently serving as a Technical Spec Developer at Casper since July 2019, Karen specializes in creating technical specification packages and documenting product designs from early stages to final manufacturing specifications. Previous roles include Product Developer at West Coast Novelty Group, Technical Designer at Sears Holdings Corporation, and Product Engineer at Marmot, among others. With expertise across various product categories, including women's knits, outerwear, and snow sports apparel, Karen has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in technical specification creation, fit evaluation, and development management. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Production Management and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
