Kathy Zhen is an accomplished production and supply chain professional with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as a Production Coordinator and previously as a Supply Chain Analyst at Casper since November 2020, Kathy has demonstrated expertise in organizing production materials and managing workflows for major activewear brands. Prior roles include Production Associate at High Life Apparel, LLC, where Kathy planned and organized production for various lines, and Product Development Assistant at Natori, overseeing sourcing and development processes. Earlier experience includes a role at Skyblue Sewing Mfg., Inc., focusing on garment production and administrative tasks, as well as coordinating children’s runway events at petitePARADE during New York Fashion Week. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from UC Irvine.
