Marianne Hodgins holds extensive experience in product development and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager at Casper since March 2019, where leadership in development and commercialization processes resulted in a 26% increase in sales. Previously, Marianne was involved with 33 West Product Development as a Product Launch Consultant and Founder, offering expertise in innovation and R&D. At L Brands, leadership roles included Director of Product Development and Operations, contributing to product launches for Victoria’s Secret and improving speed to market by six weeks. Additional experience includes positions at Item Eyes/Hampshire Group Ltd. as Director of Fabric Development and at Raytex Fabrics/Travis Textiles as VP of Raw Materials Development. Marianne holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Molloy University.
