Ben Kimpton

Ben Kimpton is a seasoned exploration geologist with extensive experience in both brownfields and greenfields exploration. Currently serving as a Senior Exploration Geologist at Caspin Resources Limited since October 2021 and as a Visionary and Dreamer at Chonolith Pty Ltd since January 2022, Ben has previously held roles including Generative Geologist and Graduate Exploration Geologist at IGO Ltd from January 2019 to October 2021, where work included involvement in underground projects at the Nova-Bollinger Ni-Cu-Co Mine. Early experience includes a postgraduate research internship at the University of Adelaide and a field assistant role at Core Exploration Ltd. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology, Geophysics and Applied Geology from the University of Adelaide and is pursuing an Honours degree in Economic Geology, complemented by training from the National Exploration Under cover School.
