Justin Harris

Justin Harris, CFP®, CMFC®, is a Principal at Cassaday & Company, Inc. and has been with the firm since 1998. He has established himself as a dedicated wealth advisor with nearly 20 years of industry experience. Justin works collaboratively with his clients to help them make important life decisions, set financial goals, and plan for the future. By embracing a model of integrated wealth management, he addresses all of the relevant areas of personal finance including investment management, taxes, wealth accumulation, cash flow generation, insurance, and estate planning to generate comprehensive financial plans for his clients.

Justin is the Vice Chairman of Cassaday & Company, Inc.’s Investment Policy Committee (IPC), which develops the firm’s overall investment selections and policies. Within the IPC, he is responsible for the management and oversight of the firm’s U.S. small company equity holdings. Justin is also a member of the fixed-income subcommittee. During his tenure at the firm, Justin also held the positions of Senior Vice President as well as Director of Research, where he was responsible for refining the research process that is still practiced by the firm today.
