Estelle Steytler - Chartered McIpd

Estelle Steytler is a Chartered MCIPD professional with a robust career in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Head of Performance, Talent and Learning at Cassava Technologies, Estelle has previously held significant positions at FLSmidth, including Head of People and Organisational Development and Transformation for SSAMESA, along with other roles in Human Resources for Sub Saharan Africa and the Middle East. Estelle’s foundational experience includes a role as Senior Manager for Talent Management at Neotel and National Training Manager at Quality Executive Development. Estelle holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management Level 7 from CIPD Qualifications and a Master’s degree in Information Science and Education from the University of Pretoria.
