David Redmond

David Redmond* is a partner in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. David’s practice encompasses all types of commercial real estate transactions. He has a sophisticated commercial mortgage lending practice acting for institutional lenders dealing with all types of financing for commercial properties, including multi-residential, office, shopping centre and industrial developments. David also has extensive experience in purchase and sale transactions, financing and structuring of real estate transactions, commercial leasing, joint ventures and co-ownerships, dealing with REITs and work involving all asset classes in the commercial real estate field.
