Jared Mendoza Duenas

Jared Mendoza Duenas, RN, PHN, has a robust background in healthcare and investigations, currently serving as the Director of the Special Investigations Unit at Prime Therapeutics since November 2012. In this role, Jared leads efforts to investigate pharmacy, member, and prescriber fraud while developing key performance indicators and driving efficiency through process improvements. Previous positions include Manager of Special Investigations and FWA Analyst, where Jared focused on employee education, regulatory compliance, and fraud detection. Additionally, Jared holds a position as a Registered Nurse at Cassia, providing comprehensive care to residents. With early career experience as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens and a Certified Nursing Assistant at Augustana Care, Jared has cultivated strong expertise in pharmacy operations and patient care. Education was completed at St. Catherine University between 2019 and 2022.
