Tyler Wagner

Tyler Wagner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical account management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for North & South America at CAST AI since April 2024, Tyler has previously held roles at IBM Turbonomic, including Team Lead for Technical Account Management. Tyler's career began in the U.S. Army, where significant leadership experience was gained as a Human Resources Director and Strength Management Officer. Educational credentials include an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Ohio University. Tyler also participated in BreakLine Education, an initiative focused on preparing veterans for careers in technology.
