Sunny P. has had a progressive career in talent acquisition. They started as a Recruiter at BLT Recruiting from February 2015 to May 2018. From there, they joined Youth Policy Institute as a Talent Acquisition Manager from May 2018 to May 2019. Sunny P. then joined Cast & Crew, where they held various positions such as Talent Acquisition Business Partner from May 2019 to August 2021, Talent Acquisition Manager from August 2021 to August 2022, and currently, they are working as the Director of Talent Acquisition since August 2022.
