Kent Heyman

Kent Heyman's work experience includes founding and serving as the CEO of Cast Iron Media since 2021. Prior to that, they founded and held the role of Chairman at Wicket starting in 2020. Before these ventures, they were the CEO of ISM Connect, a company focused on smart engagement technology, from 2017. Kent also served as the Chairman of the Board at Adapt Courseware starting in 2011. Before that, they held the CEO position at Customer Mobile from 2008 to 2019 and again from 2010 to 2016. Kent worked as a Director at TechTeam from 2005 to 2009 and was the Chairman of the Board at KNOVA Software (formerly ServiceWare/Kanisa) from 2004 to 2007. Before these roles, they served as the CEO of ServiceWare from 2001 to 2004. Kent also held the position of General Counsel at Mpower Communications from 1996 to 2000. Heyman started their career as a Partner at Heyman, Kerkorian, and Magarian from 1996 to 1999.

Kent Heyman attended Novato High School from 1970 to 1973. Following this, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Fresno, where they studied from 1973 to 1977. Kent then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law from 1977 to 1980.
