Ryan Owen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan'smost recent role is as the Co-Founder of Wicket, a software company specializing in facial authentication solutions for venue operators and facility managers. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer at Cast Iron Media, a sports and entertainment solutions company. Ryan also served as a Strategic Advisor at Total Skills, LLC. In addition to their technology and strategy roles, Ryan has a passion for coaching and served as the Head Baseball Coach at Lenape Middle School. Earlier in their career, Ryan co-founded Switchfast Technologies, where they played a key role in building the business and ultimately leading it to a successful exit. Ryan also held leadership positions at ISM, CrowdJoy, Susquehanna International Group, and ABN AMRO, gaining experience in derivatives trading and entrepreneurship.
Ryan Owen completed their education in a chronological order. Ryan attended ERHS from 1991 to 1995, where they graduated with a High School degree in College prep. From 1995 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Information Systems at Penn State University. Following this, from 1999 to 2000, they attended the Maastricht School of Management, focusing on Finance and Economics. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, Ryan attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
