Marco Bianchi

Marco Bianchi is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Avvocato at CastaldiPartners since October 2010, a Franco-Italian law firm specializing in international arbitration and litigation for businesses. Prior to this role, Marco was involved with Brembo S.p.A. as President and later as a member of the Organismo di Vigilanza from 2011 to 2017. Marco also held the position of General Counsel at Fiat Group Purchasing S.r.l. from 2008 to 2010, overseeing legal matters for the group’s procurement activities, and previously served as General Counsel at IVECO from 1984 to 2008, where responsibilities included managing legal affairs and negotiating international contracts. Marco earned a law degree (Dottore in Giurisprudenza) from Università degli Studi di Milano between 1974 and 1980.
