David Peabody

Network Engineer at Castalia Systems

David Peabody has extensive experience in network engineering and cyber security. David began their career in 2003 as a Senior Electric Maintenance Technician and Senior Network Operations Manager/Maintainer with the U.S. Army. In this role, they were responsible for the direct support level maintenance of radio receivers, transmitters and other associated equipment, as well as the network management of 41 communications assets. In 2009, they advanced to Senior Switch Supervisor, where they were responsible for the communications of over 500 personnel in a high risk, combat environment. In 2013, they joined Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Network Engineer and Cyber Security Watch Officer. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as a Network Engineer for Castalia Systems.

David Peabody attended Northwest Whitfield High School from 1999 to 2002. David then obtained certifications from Cisco and CompTIA, including a Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching in March 2018, a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician in July 2015, a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching in July 2015, and a Security + from CompTIA in April 2013.
