Jerry Williams

Jerry Williams has worked in the field of networking since 2009. Jerry began their career in the United States Air Force as a Tactical Network Engineer, Tech Control Facility Manager, and Network Integration Technician. In 2017, they joined TEKsystems as a Network Engineer, where they designed, tested, and implemented network routing solutions for BGP/OSPF, monitored data flow and bandwidth utilization, and created VPN tunnels between multiple sites. In 2018, they moved to Castalia Systems, where they currently serve as a Network Engineer.

Jerry Williams obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2005 and 2019. Jerry also obtained an Associate's Degree in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force between 2008 and 2013. Additionally, Jerry has obtained several certifications, including a Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) from Cisco in June 2019, a Security+ from CompTIA in March 2010, a JNCIA from Juniper Networks in February 2018, a CCNA Routing and Switching from Cisco in December 2016, and a CCENT from Cisco in September 2016.
