Iain Miles

Iain Miles is a seasoned professional in the butchery and meat sales industry, currently serving as the Specialist Butchery Sales Manager at Castell Howell Foods Ltd since March 2015, where responsibilities include managing butchery sales across North and Mid Wales, as well as providing support for key accounts. Prior to this, Iain held the position of Beef Boner/Slaughterman/Butcher at Conwy Valley Meats Ltd from January 2014 to March 2015, focusing on processing various meat carcasses to meet customer specifications. Iain also gained valuable experience as the Butchery Manager at The Bodnant Welsh Food Center from April 2012 to January 2014, overseeing daily operations and stock control within the butchery department.
