Kristina Sawjani

Kristina Sawjani is the current Chief Investment Officer at Castellum. Prior to that, they served as a styrelseledamot at Nyfosa AB from May 2018 to May 2020, and as a transaktionschef at Mengus from May 2019 to May 2020. Kristina was also the Senior Investment Manager at Folksam Fastigheter from September 2015 to May 2019, and Head of Transactions (real estate) at AFA Fastigheter from January 2007 to September 2015. Sawjani began their career as a project manager at Catella Corporate Finance in January 2000.

Kristina Sawjani has a MSc in Surveing and Real Estate Finance from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, and a master's in Business from UC San Diego.

They work with Hanna Brandström - Head, People & Culture, Malin Löveborg - Chief Counsel, and Sven Stork - Managing Director, Region Stockholm. Kristina Sawjani reports to Rutger Arnhult, CEO.
