Louise Giugliano is an experienced professional dedicated to civic engagement, education reform, and community service. Currently serving as a Volunteer Pardon Coach at Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity since December 2023, Louise also holds a position as a member of the Education Committee and Docent at Castine Historical Society since May 2018, and as a Board Member for Clean Air Council since 2008, contributing to both the Nominating and Strategic Plan Committees. Previous roles include Director of Service-Learning at La Salle University from 1998 to 2012, Forum Facilitator for the University of Pennsylvania Project on Civic Engagement from 1987 to 2010, and Deputy Director at PennServe from 1991 to 1994. Louise's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Oneonta, with additional study abroad experience at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
