Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Castle Air Group as the Continuing Airworthiness Manager and Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager. Thomas also has experience as a Continuing Airworthiness Engineer - Technical Lead at Aerospace Design Facilities Limited & AS Aerospace Limited. Thomas started their career as a Flight Analyst Programmer at Teledyne Controls after completing their Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Avionics Technology from Coventry University.
