Greg Acosta

Greg Acosta has served as the Vice President, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting, since July 2021. Mr. Acosta joined Castle in April 2019 as the Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to support the initial public offering and establish the external financial reporting function. He was promoted to Senior Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting in January of 2021 and served in this role until he was promoted into his current position. Mr. Acosta has over 17 years of experience in corporate financial reporting and technical accounting with companies such as Team Inc., Furmanite Corporation (acquired by Team Inc. in 2016), and The Laclede Group Inc. (now Spire Inc.). He also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, equity-based compensation, and various corporate governance matters. Mr. Acosta is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. degree in accounting and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
