Brianna Barrera began their work experience in 2016 as a Receptionist at Hair Saloon®. During their time there, their main role was to ensure customers were satisfied with their visit. In 2017, they worked as a Dining Room Server at La Taco Cantina where they took customers' orders, brought them their food, and maintained a clean restaurant environment. Later that year, they became a Shift Team Lead at BLK MKT, where they led the team in successfully closing the store and ensured customers had a pleasant experience. Starting in 2018, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Petsway, where they assisted customers in finding suitable products for their needs, took care of the animals, and helped with store operations such as counting down drawers and closing. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Castle Credit as a Call Center Customer Service Representative.

Brianna Barrera completed their education history as follows. Brianna attended Parkway North High School from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Saint Louis University from 2017 to 2018. Subsequently, they transferred to the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2018 to 2020 to continue their Bachelor's degree studies, majoring in Social Work and Psychology. In September 2019, Brianna obtained SBIRT Certification from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
