Shane Foss

Shane Foss is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in the industry. As the Founder and CEO of Hooray Health since January 2017, Shane has established a limited benefit medical plan provider utilizing a National Provider Network. In addition, Shane is a Partner at Castle Development Group, focusing on healthcare commercial real estate development in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at EmployerDirect Healthcare, where Shane developed a national ultra-narrow provider network, and Chief Commercial Officer at ProNerve, where Shane contributed to the consolidation of intraoperative neuromonitoring services. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Zimmer Alliance, Avalign Technologies, Stryker Orthopaedics, and DePuy Orthopaedics, as well as service as a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force. Shane holds an MBA from Rice Business and a BS in Biology from the University of the Incarnate Word.
