Liz Ramon

Liz Ramon, SHRM-CP, CPTM, LDCP, has significant leadership experience in talent development and training across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at Castle Group, Liz previously held multiple roles at SIXT, including Executive Director of Learning and Talent Development, Director of Operations Training & Development, and Sr. Manager of Training and Performance. Liz also founded Distinctive Learning Solutions and worked at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. as a Manager and Training and Development Specialist Lead. Early in the career, Liz gained experience as a Teacher in Broward County Public Schools.
