Claire Easy

Claire Easy is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as HR Director at Castle Water since July 2017, Claire has previously held positions such as HR Business Partner at Oceaneering and Vector Aerospace, and Group Head of HR at FES Ltd, where the HR Department was established under Claire's leadership. Claire's background includes other significant roles in organizations such as Balfour Beatty Engineering Services, RBS - Mentor Services, Amey, Transport Scotland, Prudential Assurance, and Munro Group. Claire holds a PGDip in Human Resources from Northumbria University, complemented by an educational foundation from Bedford High School for Girls.
