Amanda Sipes

Amanda Sipes has a diverse work experience, primarily focused on human resources and community management. Amanda started their career at TEDxAirlie in 2015 as a Co-Organizer. In 2014, they joined tekMountain as an Administrative Assistant, responsible for event support and member onboarding. Amanda then progressed to become the Community Manager, where they managed the recruitment process and team, as well as developed and managed a coworking space. Amanda joined CastleBranch in 2021 as a Talent Development Partner before being promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People Operations at CastleBranch, which they have been in since 2023.

Amanda Sipes completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2005 to 2009.
