Julian Chalet

Julian Chalet is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the construction and food service industries. Currently serving as Construction Manager at CastleRock Communities since December 2021, Julian also co-founded and operates The Food Truck Guy, LLC as CEO since December 2020. Previous roles include Assistant Project Manager at Backyard Oasis, Inc. from August 2021 to November 2021, and various positions at Winfrey Design Build, LLC from May 2015 to August 2021, including Construction Coordinator and responsibilities in punch-out and warranty services.
