Jacqueline De Jesus is an experienced travel management professional with over 17 years in the industry. Currently serving as Assistant Manager and After Hours Team Supervisor at Casto Travel since June 2012, Jacqueline manages a team of 23 agents while utilizing the APOLLO system for various travel bookings and ticketing processes. Responsibilities include quality monitoring, one-on-one training for new hires, and direct communication with the account’s Director of Operations. Prior experience includes leading the Leisure Travel Team at Aegis Philippines and working as a Senior Travel Consultant, where Jacqueline provided comprehensive travel solutions to major U.S. companies and demonstrated expertise in various Global Distribution Systems. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public from the University of the Philippines, earned between 1998 and 2002.
