Keith C. Packard

Keith C. Packard is an experienced professional currently serving as a Business Systems Administrator at CASTO since October 2023 and as the President of the Northeast Ohio Youth Development Council since the same month. Previously, Keith held positions as a Charter Bus Operator at Barons Bus Lines and a School Bus Driver for the Aurora City School District. Additionally, Keith has experience in technology coaching and operations management with Northwestern Mutual, logistics engineering with Penske Logistics, and systems analysis with Santco Inc. Keith holds a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mount Union.
