Mateusz Gierek

Mateusz Gierek has extensive experience in sales and engineering within the welding and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Area Sales Manager, Product Manager for Electron Beam Welding, and Technical Adviser at Castolin Eutectic since June 2014, Mateusz has developed expertise in welding technologies and sales strategies. Prior experiences include an internship as a Welding Engineer at Wakro sp. z o.o., where Mateusz focused on welding documentation and non-destructive testing, and a process engineer internship in the die-casting industry at Polmag Sp. z o.o. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from UW (2021-2023) and a Master of Engineering in Control Engineering and Robotics from The Silesian University of Technology (2013-2014), complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Building (2009-2013).
