Inès Jourdan-Laforte

Inès Jourdan-Laforte has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 1990, they worked as a Marketing Officer at BGF & Associés and later as a Marketing Communication Officer at SVFO Groupe Pirelli until 1996. In 1999, they co-founded the NGO A Pleines Mains. Inès then worked as a Faculty Lecturer at Universités de Bruxelles, Beijing, and Paris from 2003 to 2015. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a China Cross Cultural Consultant at Chine Côté Cour. In 2015, they joined Sigfox as a Personal Assistant Deputy CEO until 2018. Following that, they worked as an Administration & Human Resources Manager at COLD PAD from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Group Human Resources Manager at Sinequa, where they managed recruitment, HR administration, and skills development. In 2022, they started working as a Professional Coach & Time shared HRD at IJL Human First, where they provided support to founders of start-ups and growing SMEs in implementing and structuring their HR practices. Inès also offered professional coaching services to individuals and teams, focusing on skill development, career transitions, and team alignment. Additionally, they joined Castor in 2022 as a Group Human Resources Manager.

Inès Jourdan-Laforte's education history includes several notable achievements. In 1986 to 1988, they attended Université Paris Cité, where they obtained a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Information Communication. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued further education at Groupe IGS Formation Continue, specializing in Administration du personnel, Droit social et Paie, and earned a CMC RGRH degree. Most recently, in 2022, Inès pursued a Certification in Coaching professionnel at CIC - Centre International du Coach, accredited by ICF at the RNCP niveau 6 (Master) level.
