Joakim Geraldsson

Joakim Geraldsson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in consulting and service management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Castra AB since December 2016, Joakim has held various roles throughout a career spanning several companies, including Consultant at Sogeti and IT Manager at KLIPPAN AB. Notable assignments include positions as Solution Architect and Service Manager for IKEA, as well as IT Service Manager for Findus, where Joakim implemented ITIL-based processes and managed service deliveries.
