Menka Rai

Menka Rai has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic people priorities and transformation. Menka is currently serving as the Vice President - People and Culture at Castrol, where they partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive ongoing People & Culture transformation. Prior to this, Menka worked at Dentsu Aegis Network as the HR Director Global Functions, leading strategic HR initiatives and talent planning for global client groups across multiple locations. Menka also held positions at Sage, GE Healthcare, GE Capital, GE Global Research, NIIT Ltd, and HUL, where they successfully led and implemented various HR programs and organization redesigns. Menka is known for their expertise in change management, talent development, and creating diverse and inclusive work environments.

Menka Rai attended the Academy of Executive Coaching from 2012 to 2013, where they earned an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching. From 1995 to 1997, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur and obtained a Post Graduate Qualification in HR, specializing in Human Resources. Additionally, Menka Rai has obtained additional certifications such as Assistant Faculty for the Advanced Practitioner Diploma for the Academy of Executive Coaching in 2015, and a PCC Level Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching UK in 2013.
