Mothilal M John has extensive experience in technical services and quality control within the lubrication industry. Currently serving as Technical Services Manager at Castrol since May 2022, Mothilal has held multiple roles at the company since August 2014, progressing from Senior Executive to Deputy Manager. Prior to this, Mothilal worked at TotalEnergies as Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor from January 2009 to August 2014, overseeing laboratory operations and managing third-party quality assurance efforts. Mothilal holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Bharathidasan University, completed in 2008.
