Stéphane Langlet

Stéphane Langlet has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Stéphane is currently the President of Castrol France and also leads the EMEA plant modernisation project. Prior to this, Stéphane worked at BP as a Plant Manager for eight years, where they demonstrated adaptability and resilience in navigating complex challenges and driving improvements in plant operations. Stéphane successfully increased output volumes, implemented safety measures, and led strategic projects to optimize performance. Stéphane also worked as an Operations Assistant at Evonik before joining BP. Stéphane's earlier experience includes roles as a Plant Operations Manager and a Project Manager at Evonik Rexim Ham (80), France.

Stéphane Langlet completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Chemical Engineering at Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens) from 1998 to 2000. Stéphane then pursued their education at Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from 2003 to 2007.
