Seung Lee

Seung Lee is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy development and project management across various industries, currently serving as Diretor Executivo at Castrolanda Cooperativa Agroindustrial since March 2020. Prior experience includes over 14 years as Partner Director at Symnetics, where responsibilities included client prospecting and managing significant projects, such as developing a logistics strategy for a conglomerate and implementing a management system for a major Brazilian financial group. Seung co-founded Fortschritt Consulting, providing strategic and financial expertise in various high-impact projects. A former Senior Consultant with Roland Berger, Seung executed substantial restructuring initiatives, resulting in considerable savings for major Brazilian firms. Seung’s early career includes roles in operations and risk management at BankBoston, complemented by an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from USP.
