Ramona Stoi

Ramona Stoi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Stellvertretende Head of Human Resources & Culture, in addition to their roles as Senior HR Business Partnerin and Senior Personalreferentin at casualfood gmbh since December 2019. Prior to this, Ramona Stoi worked as Personalbeauftragte at Vapiano from May 2019 to December 2019 and began a career in hospitality as Hotelfachfrau at Adventure Camp Schnitzmühle from August 2006 to August 2009, where foundational skills were developed through professional training. Ramona Stoi is also pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from SRH Fernhochschule - The Mobile University, expected to be completed between December 2023 and January 2026, and holds a degree as Staatlich geprüfte Betriebswirtin in Hotel- und Gastgewerbe from Hotelfachschule Berlin, earned between 2011 and 2013.
