Carolina Victoria Surace

Carolina Victoria Surace has extensive experience in leadership and operations management, currently serving as Jefa de Site at CAT Technologies Argentina since October 2011, overseeing a team of 200 individuals and responsible for strategic planning and operational execution. Prior to this, Carolina held senior supervisory roles with a focus on sales management, including supervision of 100 personnel for a major bank, NGO, and financial company, as well as leading a sales team of 20 for an international insurance firm. Carolina's career began with positions in telemarketing and customer service, including work as a telemarketer for a cable and internet service provider and a receptionist at a notable restaurant. Additionally, Carolina has experience in education as a private English tutor. Carolina's academic background includes studies at ISFD Nº100 and the University of Buenos Aires.
